JURISDICTION
Your use of the Site and its content is governed exclusively by the laws of the province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
You agree to exclusively attorn to and be bound by the Courts of the Province of British Columbia to the exclusion of the jurisdiction of any other province, territory or country. You agree that the Courts of the Province of British Colombian are presumed to be the most convenient forum in which to litigate any dispute in relation to the Site or its content.

You further agree not to object to the admission of the records of Cansaf, as evidence on any legal proceedings on the ground that such records are not originals, are not in writing, are hearsay, or are documents containing information extracted from a computer.

You understand, acknowledge and agree that any claim or cause of action that you may have arising from or relating to your use of this Site and its content must be commenced in such a Court within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises, after which time the claim or cause of action shall be barred.

GENERAL
The Terms and Conditions are of general application and shall be read to be supplementary to, and in harmony with, any disclaimer, term, or condition of specific application on a particular page or pages of the Site. In case of conflict, the specific shall take precedence over the general.
If any provision of the terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severable from the rest of the Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
